Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances (PICCS)

The Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances (PICCS), is a list of all existing chemicals and chemical substances used, imported, distributed, processed, manufactured, stored, exported, treated or transported in the Philippines. Currently, the inventory includes 22,438 existing chemical substances. PICCS is regularly updated to incorporate new substances that have been granted a PMPIN (Philippine Priority Chemicals List) certificate.
