据英国涂料工业协会（British Coatings Federation，即BCF）信息，近日英国环境、食品和农村事务部（Defra）启动了一项关于英国REACH注册行政费变更征求公众意见的活动，截止日期为2024年9月16日。消息透露，此次评议持续时长仅仅几周，原因是Defra希望尽快完成必要的法规修改，以便新的收费水平能够在明年生效。
此次评议的建议费用如下：
1.大型企业注册行政费
注册行政费不再按照吨位和注册类型区分，不再区分单独提交和联合提交的费用，各吨位的行政费均为£2,142。
对于当前的中间体和1-10tpa注册来说，费用略有升高，从£1,138增加到了£2,142；对于其他吨位来说，费用均有所降低。

UK-REACH原行政费跟EU REACH下一致，英国主管部门认为由于英国市场相比欧盟相对较小，行政费也应该有所差别。
2.SME企业的注册行政费
注册行政费不再按照吨位区分，不再区分单独提交和联合提交的费用，注册费用与企业类型有关，分别是：中型企业（medium）£740，小型企业（small）£399，微型企业（micro）£57。例如，medium企业，不论吨位行政费均为£740，与原来的1-10tpa费用相同。
3.中间体行政费
大型企业的中间体注册行政费与常规注册的行政费一致，为£2,142。

5.更新费用：
LE变更费用降低，对大型企业而言，费用从£1,424降低到£290。

其他更新费用如纯度、贸易名、IUPAC名称等的更新，费用暂时不变，其原因是：由于现在UK REACH下还没有这类的申请，因此缺乏证据支持。
